The St Kilda Twilight Market

Oscar Crosara

We've seen a lot of people wearing our clothes at these markets in previous years, so we decided we ought to come along and check out the fun!

The O'Donnell Gardens are one of St Kilda's prime spots (next to Luna Park), and it's so great to see so many people coming together to appreciate the space, fashion, art, craft, and alternative culture more generally. And of course, it wouldn't be a Melbourne event without great food (paella, gozleme and so much more)...last year, all of these elements brought together attracted a crowd of around 20,000 people.

There are a number of trams that will take you to the market, which runs on Thursday nights between December and February ; if you choose to drive, it may be worth parking in Elwood (walk straight down Barkly Street for about fifteen to twenty minutes to get to St Kilda) or even Balaclava and walking to the venue as spots will be scarce and ticket inspectors out in force!

For those of you in Melbourne who love our clothes but haven't visited one of our festival stalls yet, this is a great chance for you to get the full Fairy Floss experience; we always come with so many treats and treasures in tow. Our stall is a little bit Byron, a little bit Middle Eastern treasure cave, a little bit steampunk fantasy, and a whole lot of fun. There will be a mix of items from previous collections and our new collection, so whether you're looking for something new or another pair of your old favorites, we'll be ready and waiting.
