Shipping & Payment Info
Our standard method of delivery is by express post to anywhere in Australia. The service allows 3 working days, deliveries to WA, NT and TAS may take longer. For overseas deliveries, we use Pack and Track and Registered Post which allows 10 to 14 business days as well as Express International and Express Courier which allows 5 to 8 business days.Handling of the order is 2-3 days.
All merchandise must be paid for before the shipment is sent. Payments may be made through Paypal, Credit Card or Afterpay (more info) which accepts the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa. Or you may pay directly to the shop by Visa or MasterCard. The payment is cleared on your card when goods are put into the shipment process.
Cancellation Rights and Returns Policy:
It is our goal to present you with the best quality pictures of our stock so that you may have the best idea of the item you wish to purchase. We offer our email address and our phone number via the website so that you are able to contact us with any questions prior to your purchase. We will be pleased to answer any questions and concerns you may have about any item. If you are unsatisfied with the products that you purchased you can return for a replacement. Returns will be accepted within 10 days after the item is received (cost of shipping is not included). Within Australia please provide a prepaid envelope with your return/s, international customers will need to pay all shipping costs. All items should be returned unused and labeled. There are no returns for any clearance goods.
Every product is inspected carefully before packing and ahead of distribution to guarantee that the goods are neither flawed nor lacking. In the case that you receive your package in an unsatisfactory state, it is essential that you contact us ASAP. Garment should be unused and swing tag should not be removed. We will then figure out arrangements with you to return the goods for a replacement or a full refund.
