With the Lycra waistband that can be worn on the waist or the hips, it is completely flattering yet totally comfortable. From the waist it drapes in a double layer of elegant beauty, with the illusion of being fitted around the upper legs in a fish tail cut, then develops into a full circle and gracefully hangs, moves and flows with you.
